So this is what I did today...
OMG. That looks incredibly hard.
cara, that looks so totally boring! did you hate it? i always see old ladies doing it in the pool, and it seems like a waste of time. what is it good for?
that's a good idea, i've been meaning to get back to running, anyway . . . it's just been so cold!
